  • Hatha: Balance, Strengthen & Stretch

    Deeply rooted in Hatha fundamentals, this class builds strength & stability through intentional holds. Expect stillness between poses, gentle transitions, & a slow, methodical pace.

  • Grounding Slow Flow

    This Vinyasa-inspired  class type is a slow flow, with breath-synchronized movement  between poses. The transitions between poses, emphasizing safety and fluidity, are as significant as the poses themselves.

  • Chair Supported Yoga

    Chair yoga adapts traditional yoga principles to meet the needs of those with mobility challenges.  It allows you to experience yoga's benefits while remaining seated, for a shorter duration.
