Hatha: Balance, Strengthen & Stretch
Grounding Slow Flow
Chair Yoga
Yin Flow
Deeply rooted in Hatha fundamentals, this class builds strength & stability through intentional holds. Expect stillness between poses, gentle transitions, & a slow, methodical pace that keeps you connected to your breath while feeling challenged.
You’ll practice precise, purposeful movement through balancing poses, & refine alignment while building endurance in Warrior poses. There is stretching, some Somatic movement & a Yin pose or two to soften the quiet intensity of Hatha.
Arms are not in weight‑bearing positions, though they stay gently engaged throughout. This thorough, mechanics‑focused sequence is ideal for those new to yoga, with options to challenge experienced practitioners.
This is a great class for training the mind to retain peace despite external circumstances. All while maintaining the steady effort of a body in motion.
This Vinyasa-inspired class is a slow flow, with breath-synchronized movement between poses. The transitions between poses, emphasizing safety and fluidity, are as significant as the poses themselves.
Each movement is paired with intentional breathing, to support the nervous system & physical action. Some poses are held briefly & others you'll settle into, at a slow pace to allow attention to detail.
You'll work on balance, strength, flexibility & rhythmic endurance, while practicing mind–body harmony. Somatic movement and Yin poses are woven in to soften the pace.
This type of flow requires the arms to bear the upper body's weight in certain floor poses. Also the kneecaps will be in frequent contact with the mat. Taking breaks is just fine & encouraged whenever necessary.
This active, engaging class is designed to be a thorough, invigorating refresher.

Please come grab one of our chairs & enjoy light-hearted rejuvenation.
Balancing fluid physical movement with deep, restorative stretching, this class bridges two contrasting styles of yoga (Yin & Vinyasa Flow) to harmonize effort with relaxation.
You will flow very slowly between poses, meditatively working on strength & balance. Poses within the flow will be linked by breath, without complex transitions. Most poses will be held longer than one breath.
The Yin part of class focuses on deep connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons & fascia. The goal is to improve joint mobility & flexibility. It is practiced by moving into a pose and holding it for several minutes at a sustainable point chosen by the practitioner. Nearly all Yin poses will be practiced while sitting or lying down, or somewhere in between. There will be plenty of pillows to ensure comfort, but if you have a favorite, please bring it!
While the Flow will focus on fundamentals, & Yin is a practice of yielding to what each individual body can already 'do,' this isn't necessarily an 'easy' class. Flows are inherently challenging to some degree, & Yin requires curbing restlessness while deeply listening to your body as it feels sensation.
This is a great class for those seeking full-body relaxation coming from mindful movement & extended stretches. It is engaging while being meditative and chill.
