Grounded Slow Flow
Service Description
his Vinyasa-inspired class is a slow flow, with breath-synchronized movement between poses. The transitions between poses, emphasizing safety and fluidity, are as significant as the poses themselves. Each movement is paired with intentional breathing, to support the nervous system & physical action. Some poses are held briefly & others you'll settle into, at a slow pace to allow attention to detail. You'll work on balance, strength, flexibility & rhythmic endurance, while practicing mind–body harmony. Somatic movement and Yin poses are woven in to soften the pace. This type of flow requires the arms to bear the upper body's weight in certain floor poses. Taking breaks is just fine & encouraged whenever necessary.This active, engaging class is designed to be a thorough, invigorating refresher.
