Hatha: Balance, Strengthen & Stretch
Service Description
Deeply rooted in Hatha fundamentals, this class builds strength & stability through intentional holds. Expect stillness between poses, gentle transitions, & a slow, methodical pace that keeps you connected to your breath while feeling challenged. You’ll practice precise, purposeful movement through balancing poses & refine alignment while building endurance in Warrior poses. There is stretching , some Somatic movement, & a Yin pose or two to soften the quiet intensity of Hatha. Arms are not in weight‑bearing positions, though they stay gently engaged throughout. This thorough, mechanics‑focused sequence is ideal for those new to yoga, with options to challenge experienced practitioners.This is a great class for training the mind to retain peace despite external circumstances. All while maintaining the steady effort of a body in motion.
